The sales and marketing departments were merged to create a new sales and Marketing Department responsible for domestic and international market expansion, customer relationship management and sales operations.
Set up a new product research and development department, which is responsible for the optimization and upgrading of existing products and the research and development of new products, and further promote the pace of technological innovation of the company.
The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department will integrate existing purchasing and warehousing teams to improve the overall coordination and efficiency of the supply chain.
In order to enhance cross-departmental collaboration, the new post of cross-departmental coordinator is responsible for coordinating the communication and cooperation between various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the work process.
The adjustment aims to further improve work efficiency, promote collaboration and information sharing between departments, and lay a more solid foundation for the company’s future development. The head of each department will arrange the specific implementation plan according to the adjustment plan, and please actively cooperate with all employees.
